I fell into customer experience but that was no accident. If one had told me when I was studying mechanical engineering, I would end up (and that I would love it) in customer facing roles, I would have not believed them. CX is not a department. It is a mindset, CX teams are at the core of any organization. We work with every department to provide the best service, product, experience to clients. Having the ability to understand the back-of- house as well as the front, has been a distinctive advantage my entire career, making it easy to take the right decisions for the customer AND for the organization, whether on a manufacturing or a call center floor. Solving complex problems that don’t come with a playbook is what makes me get up in the morning. Developing operational roadmaps that underpin the company’s vision and mission, improving on existing processes and systems as well as team organization, challenges and stimulates me. I love what I do and can’t wait to see what’s next!
