One of APT's earliest and most tenured employees. I have held numerous leadership positions across many functional areas, contributing to APT’s rapid growth from a small venture-backed company through Mastercard’s recent $600MM acquisition. Through this experience, I have developed expertise in the rapid development and delivery of a high quality, mission critical analytic software platform and learned the value of team building, agility, data driven analytics, and speed in decision-making in a rapid growth, “customer first” environment. In my current role as APT’s primary software architect, I am responsible for the APT Platform’s micro-services based architecture, the strategic technical decisions made by APT’s 100+ member product development team, and the team's overall organizational structure and growth. Prior roles to my current position include being a founding member of APT’s product management and data management teams, a client services professional, and numerous individual contributions as a software engineer. A selection of my accomplishments includes: Architecting the APT Platform, a cloud based analytic web application licensed by 150+ Fortune Global 2000 organizations. The APT Platform currently houses over 1,000 TB of data and processes more than 100 million transactions daily Spearheading the migration of APT’s platform to a micro-services based architecture, resulting in a significant increase in team efficiency and platform stability and maintainability. Growing APT's product development team including significant roles in recruiting (conducting ~1,000 technical interviews), on-boarding, and team building. Professionally mentoring and advising high potential talent across a variety of functional areas with experience levels ranging from entry level to VP.
