I am a highly knowledgeable and passionate software engineering executive with a proven record of building successful software products, teams, and organizations. With over 18 years of experience that includes my current VP position with Oracle Corporation, I have led global software development operations in the delivery of CRM, ERP, and MDM Fusion Cloud, Siebel and Oracle E-Business Suite applications. The Key to my success throughout my career has been a combination of technical, analytical and interpersonal skills- the use of these skills has enabled me to provide hands-on management for applications engineering as well as big picture guidance to globally-dispersed teams. My technology breadth of knowledge enables me to transfer learning to new environments, and my ability to build strong relationships extends to supervised teams as well as cross-functional groups, customers and partners. In particular, I am passionate about building innovative products. As technology grows rapidly, I maintain an up-to-date awareness of new and emerging technologies and I am able to rekindle this passion among team members that either lost it or never had it.
