I create, demonstrate, and sell possibility: ✓In college, I launched my own business and raised all needed capital through cold calls. With an outsourcing model, I managed 30 remote team members. In 1 year, I had 450K in sales. ✓When I joined SumTotal, I had zero SA experience, but I smashed expectations—from 1st junior solution architect to top revenue-generating architect within 2 years. Since then, I’ve held every pivotal role—all within 7 years. ✓As Director, my 5-member SA team shouldered 85% of the workload and 80% of the revenue. Balancing this dynamic as I became VP, I overhauled structure, inspired accountability, rewarded performance, and recognized talent. Turnover plummeted and job satisfaction soared. ✓As VP I have successfully transformed multiple organizations while improving productivity. At PowerSchool I was able to take the demo win rate from 33% to 55% in two years for the SE team while also driving the SDR organization to exceed quota in all four quarters of 2021 while upskilling 75% of the headcount in the team.
