When I was 8 years old, my 3rd grade teacher persistently preached to our class to “never stop growing”. At that time, I thought nothing more of that than her encouraging me to keep drinking my milk and eating my veggies. Shortly after that, I fully understood what she really meant. To me, it means to never lose our sense of wonder and to never stop asking questions. Adopting that mantra over the years, I’ve developed an acute analytical mindset. Today, as the Sr. Director of Growth at PlayStudios, I get to leverage my analytical capabilities to help grow the business. As a mobile marketer, ad business development manager, user acquisition manager, and business/strategic planning manager, my analytical skills are essential to making winning business decisions. The same held true in my previous roles as a product manager, marketer, business operations manager, and monetization analyst. I get excited when I have the opportunity to solve complex business problems. That is what I enjoy doing.
