I have a breadth and depth of HR experience delivering positive outcomes, within operational and strategic roles, with a very strong generalist grounding including complex ER cases and TUPE. I have successfully implemented organisation-wide projects including Performance Management, HR Systems, Equality & Diversity and Recruitment. I have also developed HR delivery and policy to support the rapid growth of an established business.In my current role I work collaboratively as a senior business partner to leadership teams, including in start-up, to align the people side of things to commercial strategy. I believe that concentrating on the right culture as part of a considered approach to strategic workforce planning will lead to better business outcomes.
