• Over 25 years of Help Desk, Identity Management and infrastructure service and support • Over 20 years in leadership and management roles with local, regional, national and international responsibilities • Certified Support Center Manager by Help Desk Institute • Experience in ISO 9000 certified, FDA, DEA, HIPAA, GxP, Sarbanes-Oxley regulated and ITIL framework managed environments for both privately held and publicly traded companies. Specialties: • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of infrastructure service delivery including Help Desk / Service Desk operations and management, deskside/site support, Endpoint Engineering, Identity and Access Management, local- and wide-area networking, systems and infrastructure, voice and data communications and collaboration. • Broad industry experience managing and providing support and infrastructure service delivery in life science, healthcare, biotechnology and medical devices, telecommunications, software and high-technology, publishing, legal, and manufacturing.
