I possess a proven track record in large and mid-size pharma and start-up biotechs, developing pre-commercial assets, launching products, driving sales, and gaining preferred coverage. I have worked across a wide range of disease states with a focus in oncology and rare diseases. Further, as an integral member of the executive team, I have conducted investor relations calls, performed due diligence for mergers / acquisitions, and managed co-promotion efforts. My greatest strengths lie in utilizing influence to garner buy-in from internal / external stakeholders, manage commercial strategy, develop long range strategic plans for both pre and post launch, and utilizing available resources to streamline operations, improve sales, and increase product access. I also possess experience in operations management, P&L accountability, Gross-to-Net management, and multimillion-dollar budget management.
