Under his leadership, Vangent was awarded the GovCon award for the Contractor of the Year (>$300M) for 2011. As the leader of both Pearson Government Solutions and Vangent, Mac and his team were responsible for creating significant value for the respective owners. The two transactions were worth approximately $1.6B.
