As the National Practice Director for Cloud Platform, I work closely with our General Managers to develop the strategy for delivering Microsoft Azure solutions and services to the market. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), I am responsible for qualifying sales opportunities, leading pre-sales support activities, estimating work effort, writing and presenting proposals to customers. I am also responsible for assisting our resource managers in staffing the appropriate team members on projects, providing key reports and metrics, developing career paths, and ensuring high employee satisfaction. As a SME in Microsoft Cloud Applications, I am a Microsoft Certified Azure Architect, a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist in SharePoint Portals & Collaboration, Content Management, Search, and Business Intelligence. I am also a Yammer Certified Community Manager, Admin, and Power User. Finally, I am also a Certified ScrumMaster.
