After many in various IT leadership positions, I’ve learned that I have an insatiable drive to maximize business value through IT services and solutions. My biggest pet peeve is when inefficiencies become the status quo. Whether it’s a business process, system architecture, support model, or client relationship, I love to analyze how things work and develop strategies for optimizing performance and outcomes. My approach is to galvanize the appropriate people, processes and technology needed to deliver results and then apply on-going controls and measurements to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. I have led many ITSM improvement initiatives, and it always brings a smile to my face when we achieve a tangible return on investment. I also love working with people. Forging strong business relationships is my top priority and I strive to make every interaction a win-win.
