My background in Infrastructure Management includes managing; security, IAM, Data Center facilities, virtualization initiatives, operations, technical administration, data network, disaster recovery planning, infrastructure projects, capacity planning, desktop support, change and problem management (ITIL), customer service delivery, IT financial analysis, and Data Center consolidations and relocations with PacifiCorp (Pacific Telecom), Con-way, Integra Telecom, Legacy Health and Nordisk Systems. I have managed diverse workforces providing multi-site and global infrastructure support with responsibility for operating budgets up to $20 million and IT teams exceeding 100. Some of my most notable accomplishments include: - Developed Data Center capacity strategy, managed deployment of UNIX and SAN architectures with a petabyte of storage in support of the Epic health care application, and relocated Data Centers at Legacy Health. - Formed IT infrastructure groups at Integra Telecom to support; server and storage administration, data network, disaster recovery plans, change and problem management, capacity planning, and customer service delivery. Managed relocation of Integra’s corporate Data Center. - Designed Integra Telecom's Network Operations Center (NOC) earning highest rankings from PricewaterhouseCoopers in benchmark functionality studies with other telecommunications providers. - Developed high performing Data Center at PacifiCorp earning the highest ranking by Gartner on Data Center benchmark study of Fortune 500 companies for efficiencies and service deliverables.
