As part of the leadership team of the commercial Interiors Division of PCI, I passionately work with our strong mid-west and east coast locations, providing operational oversight, implementing strategic initiates and coaching the development of our people. The offices under my leadership include: Des Moines, Kansas City, Springfield, MO, Austin, Boston, Albany, and Washington D.C. My twenty-five plus years of industry experience provide a solid baseline to draw from today. My early experience allowed me to gain solid Project Management and Operational skills on large, demanding and sophisticated projects throughout the country. Working in large firms, I have operated a profit center with responsibilities for all strategic goals and day-to-day business needs while acting as a liaison back to the parent company. My passions are strategic planning, leadership, generating a team environment and the development of the talent around me.
