With professional experience in software, mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering, along with over 15 years of management experience, I have both the breadth and depth required to lead world-class R&D teams. In addition to managing existing groups, I’ve built several engineering teams from scratch, up to 45 people in several countries, overseeing budgets exceeding $10M. In addition to line managing, I have a great deal of experience managing programs, and have served as a portfolio manager, simultaneously driving the development of 6 separate products.I really enjoy being hands-on and staying where the action is.
