My experience includes having worked for a Private Equity owned company, managed up to a $100 million (+) revenue business unit, direct reports up to Vice President and Senior Director levels, home office support staff, central services, marketing, call center and National and Local field sales. I have managed up to a $16 million annual budget, which has included up to 200 (+) geographically dispersed staff and operated as high as 80% margins and performance to measures at up to triple digit percentage growth. I have managed teams selling into the Corporate, Government and Military sectors at the national and local levels. Additionally, I have served on Executive Leadership Teams reporting directly to the CEO and attending and presenting to Boards of Directors and Private Equity ownership.
