I have a passion for helping employees achieve work/life balance. Part of what makes me successful at my job is the desire to create a supportive environment for employees so that they can be successful while still meeting their own wellness needs outside of work. I use my problem-solving skills not just to help employees explore the programs available to them, but also to be a thoughtful business partner. Being a resource to employees is really important to me. My favorite part about my job is seeing the life stages that an employee goes through during their course of employment; getting married, having a child, buying their first house. In all of these stages, I have the opportunity to advocate for employees and provide resources that will support them through those changes.
