I am a partner in the Washington, DC office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Co-Chair of the firm wide Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group, which was recently honored by the American Lawyer as its product liability practice of the year. My primary focus is defending bet-the-company litigation and investigations that threaten clients' core business priorities, including mass tort litigation and investigations involving pharmaceutical, medical device and emerging technology companies. Over the past twenty years, I have been privileged with the opportunity to handle some of the highest-profile litigation and investigations involving the life sciences industry. As a result of the confidence and support of the best clients a lawyer could ever hope to have, I was recognized by the National Law Journal as a Life Sciences Trailblazer, by Law360 as a Product Liability MVP, and by Legal Media Group (LMG) as its United States Life Sciences Product Liability Attorney of the Year and one of five LMG Trial Lawyer of the Year finalists.
