NYC Health + Hospitals is an integrated health care system of hospitals, neighborhood health centers, long-term care, nursing homes, and home care - the public safety net health care system of New York City.

I am greatly experienced in negotiating and purchasing capital medical equipment, equipment service, disposables, professional services, research equipment and non-clinical contracting. At a leading Academic Medical Center I currently lead or facilitate in the following Value Analysis committees Interventional Radiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Med Surg, Cardiac Cath, and EP Cath. My participation in these programs have yielded eight figure operational savings and millions of dollars in up front cost avoidance. Another responsibilty of my position is team lead for capital procurement for new facility construction for a mutitude of projects including multi-million dollar hospital expansions, new faculty group practice projects as well as the build outs for new centers of excellence. I have also created, implemented and currently manage day to day operations of the Vendor Credentialing compliance program for NYU Hospitals Center. In addition to strong clinical operational savings I also contract services for non-clinical areas such as HR, Nurse Recruitment, Audit, Compliance, Real Estate, and Social Work departments. I interface well with internal finance to create a team approach to keeping costs down and efficiency high.
