I am a high-energy, creative, Incentive Compensation plan designer with broad experience managing vendors, project managers and analysts. My mission is to use my marketing and sales background as a lens to make incentives, reporting and sales information effective, efficient and easy to use. My extensive biotechnology background gives me unique insights into designing effective incentive plans. I use sales force automation and sales force effectiveness tools to help biotech companies optimize sales incentives. My understanding of how goals impact change management improves the effectiveness and success of my projects. Through user testing, I have improved customer relationship management tools, incentive plans, automated sales reporting, compliance monitoring and headquarters reporting.
