- Promote services and products both online and in other electronic channels (inLighten) through the creation of graphics, banner ads, page layout and content application. - Monitoring and managing social networking community interactions, engagements, and outbound communications. - Develop interactive tools and enhance website services and tools to keep the bank up-to-date with competitors and, more importantly, customer expectations. - Develop and implement mobile services and tools (mobile website and suggestions for creating a better user experience with mobile banking). - Production of audio and video content for external and internal use. - Constantly looking for new tools and services to aid customers. - Website maintenance and development updates using ASP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other Internet technologies - Provide assistance to the customer support team with technical questions and provide guides for troubleshooting. - Lead development, planning, and direction of online tools and site enhancements (homepage slideshow, blog, mobile website, mobile calendar, location tools) - Work with vendors to schedule and coordinate banner ad and promotional electronic promotional material - Site traffic analysis and page interactions/performance through use of analytics and other reporting systems - Develop and schedule email marketing messages and content (blog posts, podcast episode production, video content creation and editing) Specialties: Core design focus & strengths: User interface/experience design, branding and identity design, social networking and social media integration & strategy.
