Having qualified as a counsellor and hypnotherapist in the last few years I am now continuing to add professional development, having recently completed a life coaching course I am now also a qualified life coach and currently undertaking advanced clinical hypnotherapy.|Being a qualified Hypnotherapist and Counsellor with over 300 hours practice had allowed me to help a mix clients overcome various issues and helped them to lead a fulfilling life and achieve the their goals and aspirations. Life coaching allows me to use NLP to its fullest in supporting clients become self actualising and reach their full potential.|My long term goal is work self employed with children & adults experiencing trauma and emotional issues who need the gentle help and support of a professional counsellor, I use an ecclectic mix of methods and resources to help people to resolve internal conflict and become a whole, functioning person and to be able to look to their future with a renewed sense of self and positivity. I can help with varying degrees of personal issues such as anger management, relationship problems, self esteem, confidence, trauma, self defeating behaviours, to name a few.|Hypnosis can support an individual to overcome various fears, phobias and habits and I have many clients who I have helped some with anxieties and fears and others with deeper more restricting issues.
