I am an information technology leader with over 20 years of experience. I have extensive knowledge of SMB and Mid-Size networking from working for support companies and managed service providers. I also have three years experience in healthcare enterprise as well. My customer service skills are exceptional with it often listed as my greatest strength. Helping companies keep their vital computer infrastructure running and growing with their changing needs was my primary focus for most of the last 20 years. I have extensive knowledge of systems administration, network administration and PC/MAC support. My skill sets include Installation and Configuration of Windows Environments both virtual and physical; Active Directory Administration; DHCP; DNS;TCP/IP; switches and firewalls, backup support and administration; Exchange support and administration; Office 365 Certification, SQL support and administration, Windows desktop support, Apple product support including Mac, iPads and iPhones; VMware virtual server administration and support, Hyper-V certification, and Tier 1,2,and 3 onsite and remote support for servers, workstations, laptops and mobile phones.
