With the Mousquetaires, the members devote 2 days a week to decision making sessions, devoted to functions ranging from marketing, logistics, purchasing, human resources to advertising. At each level, the members take the necessary decisions to ensure the continuation of the Group, in complete independence. Present the rest of the time in their retail outlet, they are in daily contact with the real situation in the field and with the consumers, and are therefore most able to pass on essential information for the development of the products, the marketing strategies, store layout or price policy. Today, Les Mousquetaires have 3 000 members, more than 1,300 of whom are partners in the Mousquetaires non-trading company (SCM). The SCM owns 100 % of ITM Enterprises which controls the common structures, so it is the members who decide on the strategy of the stores.
