Senior Analytics Computer Vision Engineer

Much of my experience includes the development of software for the acquisition and analysis of images and video in realms such as microscopy, quantitative analysis, metrology, computer security, habitat analysis, and bioinformatics. These projects relied on machine learning and high-performance computing in various contexts. In terms of machine learning, we performed feature extraction, dimensionality reduction, and classification. I am also experienced with high-performance computing in the realm of graphics processor (GPU) programming, data flow graph parallelism, distributed computing, and shared memory multiprocessing. My goal is to be a lifelong learner of computer science and to apply what I learn as a productive member of an effective engineering team.
