Specialities: Sports Law and International Sports Arbitration As an Associate (Australian Qualified) in the Sports Law team at Mills & Reeve LLP, I specialise in sports law with a particular focus on football and international sports arbitration. I advise players’ associations, clubs, players and intermediaries on football regulatory matters. I have also provided advice to clients in employment, commercial and litigation matters in cases involving breach of contract, discrimination, ‘right to play’ issues, training compensation and agents’ fees disputes. I frequently represent clients before sports dispute resolution forums at a domestic and international level including before The FA (Rule K Arbitration), FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). I act as an ad-hoc clerk on cases at the CAS and have been appointed on the CAS's official list of ad-hoc clerks. I am also an England Boxing Disciplinary Panel member.
