As Head of Learning and Development for a top 50 national law firm, I am responsible for the professional development of over 1,000 staff including both fee earners and business support over six sites. Career development is at the heart of my role. I am passionate about helping others to create fulfilling, stretching and balanced careers. I design and deliver training courses on presentation skills, business development, communication, coaching and management skills. I am also an expert facilitator and help to design workshops or awaydays for teams. I am a qualified business coach and coach senior members of the firm. I sit on the equality and diversity committee of the firm. I have launched a maternity mentor scheme to support women transitioning back to work. I am passionate about wellbeing and have launched a Firm Wellbeing Programme to promote both positive physical and mental health. I am a qualified MBTI and TKI Conflict instrument facilitator.
