Seasoned senior executive with over 25 years of experience in operations, IT, HR, accounting and finance. I have served in virtually every management position including President, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Controller. I am expert in team leadership and assembling talent. I always hire greatness around me and I work just as hard for those that are above me and beside me as those that report to me. I believe in the collective force of all driving toward common goals in a cohesive manner is the key to success in any business. My greatest strengths are passion, people skills, creativity and strategic thinking. I am a data nut, a metrics junkie and a milestone maniac. I hate the phrase" failure is not an option" because I believe that in order to succeed we need to push for a few failures along the way. It is the way we deal with those failures, individually and collectively that bring out the best in each of us and in the company. I am a CPA (inactive) and have served on several Boards of Directors, public, private, and non profit for many years.
