Over the past 21 years in the health insurance (payer & healthcare provider) industry, I have gained extensive knowledge and data management experience. I have served roles in areas directly touching the customer such as Customer Service and Human Resources and have provided reporting and analytics expertise on insights to areas such as Actuarial and Clinical/Quality Management.
