For providers, it?s the means to segment patients by their ability to pay, determine which lines of service are most profitable, find cash that?s been misallocated, move bad debt to charity care, avoid lawsuits and more. For payers, it?s the means to monitor and manage provider contracts, analyze and trend call volumes in call centers, benchmark provider services and costs, improve provider relations and lower costs.

Writing effective communications and creating a compelling brand voice to excite and inspire individuals is more than a passion; great media can change lives. I specialize in writing and designing effective communications for the web and social media to connect, engage and help individuals through the power of media. At YTB and Enertech Global, my premier focus was on developing a unique brand voice, social media marketing, training and personal development in whatever medium proved most effective. I’m not only a writer and strategist, but have graphic design and video production experience as well. You can see some of my work on PBS/Channel 9. I created the logo for the popular startup show “The Domain Tech Report” and played an integral role in getting the show on air. Under my lead at YTB, we completed an overhaul of its corporate communications structure placing heavy emphasis on the company blog and social media to better tell the YTB story with updated branding and creating new avenues to provide outstanding customer service in the digital world. While there, I put together several social media campaigns, essentially doing Facebook Live before that was a thing. We would host large consumer webcasts, driving traffic through social media and email marketing, to sell online travel and retail products. We broke the single day sales record for Carnival Cruise Lines with one of our webcasts and quadrupled sales on our ecommerce site over Black Friday with a social media campaign. I’m very comfortable in a fast-paced environment, taking on a myriad of objectives and campaign ideas with superior precision. I’ve also worked extensively in print media, writing copy for event programs, brochures, direct mail campaigns, larger documents, and more. I’m an energetic marketing generalist with a wide skill set that allows me to get a lot accomplished on my own but can also easily shift into a team environment, working collaboratively to achieve even more.
