I am a seasoned executive and leader who has a tremendous passion for driving solutions to complex business challenges in order to deliver sales and profit growth. My expertise is centered in sales strategies, building selling solutions & insights, people development, change management, and driving efficiency and effectiveness. I have worn many hats during my career and have typically been asked to go into situations that require a turnaround or areas that are in need of new capabilities to drive better business performance. My background is primarily within Consumer Products Sales, but I have had a number of cross functional assignments during my career: direct sales, category management, R&D, change management, process development, trade marketing, systems development, P&L management, pricing strategies and many leadership opportunities around complex projects & initiatives.
