As an Internal Recruitment and People Manager for 2 years, I have been responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring process within the organization, as well as managing and supporting the development and well-being of employees. My role has involved working closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This has included creating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the entire recruitment process. I have also been responsible for onboarding new hires and facilitating their integration into the company culture. In addition to recruitment, I have played a pivotal role in managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment. This has involved providing support and guidance to employees on various HR-related matters, including performance evaluations, employee engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution. I have also been responsible for managing employee benefits, leave policies, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Furthermore, as a People Manager, I have been involved in employee development and training programs. This has included identifying skill gaps, creating and delivering training sessions, and developing career development plans to enhance employees' skills and capabilities. I have also worked closely with employees to understand their career aspirations and provide guidance on how they can achieve their professional goals within the organization. Throughout my tenure, I have maintained strong relationships with employees and have been committed to promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
