Currently I am a Beverage Supervisor at Mohegan Sun Pocono, Pennsylvania’s first casino. In this role I oversee 80+ team members throughout our nine food and beverage establishments. With supervising a large team I have led the resolution to customer complaints, conflict management and ever-changing scheduling issues. Aside from this role I wear many hats, where I lead the food and beverage Scheduling Department ensuring that payroll, staff rosters and supply demands are accurately met. Before taking on a leadership position at Mohegan Sun Pocono, I worked within Convention Sales and Services as the Sales Administrative Assistant. During my time within this role I was fortunate enough to work with clientele such as Fiat, Coca Cola and the American Cancer Society. I’m extremely passionate about my work. What I enjoy most about my job is the creative and fun work environment that Mohegan Sun Pocono has built. Every day I am put to the test with new ventures, however, I am a good problem solver, quick learner and great listener, so no task is left unfinished.
