Ray Celedinas is National Chairman Private Client Practice at Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC, and is the former President and CEO of Celedinas Insurance Group, a Marsh & McLennan Agency company. Under his leadership, Celedinas grew into one of the country’s largest and most highly respected full service insurance brokers prior to being acquired by Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA). Ray is nationally recognized for his expertise in the design of customized Private Client insurance programs and risk transfer solutions for highly successful individuals and families and specializes in highly complicated and tough to place accounts in catastrophe-prone areas subject to windstorm, flood and wildfire. Ray became a founding member of the Private Risk Management Association (PRMA), established to improve awareness of and educate other insurance brokers on the unique insurance needs and exposures faced by high net worth clientele. Ray was an inaugural member of the first Certified Advisor in Personal Insurance (CAPI) graduating class which was 12 month program launched by Chubb Personal Insurance and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ray is a serial entrepreneur and has been a principal, founder or investor in numerous insurance organizations catering to the insurance needs of affluent clientele. Mr. Celedinas holds a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance, CPRIA and CAPI designations and has received numerous industry awards for excellence, exceptional service and performance. Ray is actively involved with new and existing clients and currently leads the #1 Private Client team at Marsh & McLennan Agency.
