I provide leadership and support in the operations of the employee benefit department. Core competencies include: • Executing department objectives in alignment with overall business strategies and objectives • Ensure processes, procedures, and allocation of resources are available to department employees • Training and mentoring client service team • Team building and leadership / customer needs assessment • Sales and customer management – consultative, solutions-based sales environment • Building and maintaining strong client and vendor relationships • Maintain exceptional customer and quality assurance • Ability and experience working both independently and in a team environment • Critical thinker - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Continuously progressed in my career, through hard work, thirst of knowledge, attention to detail and relationship building skills.
