I have performed a wide variety of activities, including implementing human resources policies, processes, and procedures; strategic planning; employment law; mentoring and motivation; workers’ compensation issues; training; orientation and onboarding; and all other facets of human resources. I am able to manage human resource activities across multiple locations, and am skilled in directing people and culture. In addition, I have a comprehensive knowledge in quality performance management. An effective organizer and planner, with a history of reducing costs and improving retention, I am able to interact well with other staff members at all levels, and I pride myself on bringing the right measure of enthusiasm into the equation.
