Andrew founded Strategy People Culture, LLC, a Firm dedicated to helping businesses understand and develop intentional workplace cultures, development of executive leaders and conducting independent workplace investigations on employment matters. Andrew has experience working in small, mid-size and large size corporations. Andrew is an expert in the field of human resources and organizational strategy having held responsibility for all aspects of human resources during his career. Andrew has worked with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a member of a special task force to develop workplace standards and metrics on employee value. Andrew has led cultural change from a high turnover organization to one receiving national recognition as a Great Place to Work. Through those learned experiences, Andrew has become passionate about the interplay between successful business operations and corporate strategies on environmental culture. He has coached numerous professionals in areas of professional development. Andrew earned a Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law - Newark and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Andrew is a licensed attorney in New Jersey and New York and he maintains a professional certifications in human resources through both HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute) and SHRM. He graduated the Executive and Professional Coaching certification course through the University of Texas - Dallas and is certified through ICF (International Coach Federation). Andrew received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University. Andrew has presented to national audiences on workplace initiatives and is active with philanthropy.
