I am an accomplished executive with a strong background in accounting, financial, strategic and operational roles. I am the Chief Financial Officer for T&A Supply Company, a distinguished flooring distribution company in the PNW. In my previous roles, I have successfully led businesses of all sizes through periods of rapid and sustained growth in a profitable manner. I have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic business plans, managing P&Ls, and leading business development efforts, customer success, sales, and finance teams. I am also skilled in driving operational excellence, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and integrations. I have been an Audit Manager for Grant Thornton, and a Financial Controller of a global seafood company which grew from $50M to $250M in five years. I was with two venture-backed companies, including a cyber security consulting spinout from Stanford Research Institute as VP of Finance. With Marchex, I have held finance roles that have covered our pre and post IPO activities and a $220M follow-on secondary offering. I have deep experience in mergers and acquisitions totaling over $400M in transaction value. And as as a senior executive, I have led five different business units ranging from $20M to $120M in revenue. I have also been a Chief Operating Officer of a successful spinout of $50M Marchex division into a privately held company known as Archenia. I am a collaborative leader with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset. I am also an effective communicator with a proven ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
