Engineering Manager

Across the wider Mabey group, our engineering capabilities also include design and provision of temporary works including propping, jacking; environmental monitoring services; formwork and falsework systems and the hire of non-mechanical groundworks equipment.

Qualifications include continuous work experience since 1995 in structural engineering, highway bridge design and inspection, military facilities engineering and civil/transportation design. Earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron, and served in Iraq with the US Army as an engineering officer for bridging operations. Areas of project expertise include finite element analysis of bridges and buildings, superload rating reports and bridge inspection, bridge and building deep foundation design, seismic and hydraulic modeling. Exceptionally skilled in the use and application of STAAD, Civil 3D, Microstation and HEC-RAS; these skills combined with abundant civilian and military engineering leadership experience offer an effective team player with a strong technical background.
