Highly Qualified Teacher as defined by NCLB; prepare/align high-interest, challenging learning activities, which address diverse, underserved student populations, with curriculum standards and benchmarks; analyze assessment data outcomes to identify/address learning gaps and to adjust curriculum/pedagogical strategies accordingly. Establish clear objectives for all lessons; foster learning through proven teaching strategies that address diverse learners; adapt instruction to meet needs of linguistically diverse learners; apply varied teaching strategies.
