Kevin Kelly is the Chairman and CEO of Arcfield, a premier provider of innovative solutions in systems engineering and integration, C5ISR and digital transformation for air, sea, land, space and cyber domains in support of our nation’s most critical missions. In his role, Kevin oversees the development and implementation of the company's strategy while ensuring the company delivers technology-differentiated solutions to missions that are critical protecting the United States and its allies. Prior to Arcfield, Kevin was the CEO of LGS Innovations, a privately-held independent technology company that was eventually acquired by CACI Intl in March of 2019. After its acquisition, Kevin oversaw the company’s integration into CACI with the creation of a new high-tech sector named the National Security and Innovation Solutions (NSIS) Sector, where Kevin served as President. In this role, Kevin oversaw the operations of a $2B business consisting of the technology and products portions of several key acquisitions; namely LGS Innovations, SIX3 Systems, TICOM Geomatics, and L3 NSS. Mr. Kelly brings 30 years of experience to the industry in the areas of research, engineering, strategic planning, and organization leadership. Prior to being appointed CEO, Mr. Kelly served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Senior VP of Strategy. In these roles, he oversaw the company’s foundation as a FOCI-mitigated wholly-owned subsidiary of Alcatel-Lucent in 2007, and eventually led the efforts to partner with a team of private equity investors to purchase the company and migrate it to become an independent and key platform company. Prior to Mr. Kelly’s tenure with LGS Innovations he held senior positions within General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GD-AIS) and Lockheed Martin. Mr. Kelly holds a BS-EE degree from Penn State and a MS-EngrMgmt degree George Washington University. He has held board and advisory positions with the LGS Innovations Board of Directors, Innovative Technologies Council of INSA, AFCEA, IEEE, the National Advisory Council for GW-SEAS, and several other firms. Mr. Kelly is also a proud member of Engineering Hall of Fame at GWU SEAS.
