I have always been passionate about making a difference. Although I entered college planning a career in medicine, I unexpectedly found a passion for Economics and chose a business path. After college, my love for travel combined with an affinity for architecture and history led me to Boston where I found the medical device industry – a perfect place to apply my business knowledge while impacting people’s lives. Joining LeMaitre, a 12 person start-up, in 1998 gave me the opportunity of a lifetime, allowing me to expand my business knowledge, the autonomy to experiment while having the opportunity to spend time in the OR observing our devices saving lives. Twenty years later my zeal for this pursuit has only grown stronger. I pride myself on being a visionary and solutions-focused leader of strategic marketing and operations. Specifically, I am most proud of my contributions in building a strong corporate brand identity, successful acquisition integrations, leading start-up operations, and developing solutions to maximize efficiency and profitability. These efforts built LeMaitre into a leading vascular brand known for delivering innovative medical device technology and serving patients well. Outside of work, I am an avid equestrian, having competed in local and regional horse show competitions and engaged in equestrian riding adventures in Hungary, Costa Rica, France, and South Africa. I am also an extensive traveler, having worked in London and also traveled throughout Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa. I am thrilled to have also put my marketing skills to use in two non-profit organizations. I am always excited for the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals with similar passions.
