There is no greater experience in this world than seeing an idea grow from the depths of one’s mind into something real, meaningful, and life-sustaining. In my past leadership positions at Microsoft, Yahoo! and GODaddy, I've helped take great ideas to market many times over. But as Chief Communications Officer at DocuSign I have the opportunity to help billions of others - artists, inventors, philanthropists, entrepreneurs and enterprise come together and agree—and that's an incredible privilege and honor. For me this work is much more than just a job. My passion in life is for helping brands deliver experiences for individuals and business at a global scale, and in the process, helping people find greater success and deeper meaning in their own lives. My life's work has been to transform the Web as we know it into an even more powerful resource for commerce, communications and understanding—and there's simply no better place (or people) on earth to do that than DocuSign. We're on a serious mission at DocuSign: to perfect the way the world agrees, moving the global economy forward, faster and helping individuals live, work and thrive anywhere on a healthier Earth. Of course, we're doing this with the esigniture tools that DocuSign pioneered within the SaaS industry—but these days that's just one part of a powerful agreement cloud that fuels business agility in an "anywhere" economy, rearchitects trust systems across the burgeoning web 3 and helps us tread more lightly on the planet. When I’m not working or writing, I’m composing music, riding bikes (on the mountain or on the road), reading and spending time with my family. I spend most of my time in Seattle and the Bay Area these days, but find myself all over the world on a pretty regular basis. I consider living passionately a job requirement and don’t separate work and life into two contrasting initiatives. I do my best work when I’m most connected with my family and friends—and I am most connected when I’m deepest in my quest to build brands that can make life a little better for everyone.
