Established in 1956, Lippert Components, Inc is a steel fabrication company serving the manufactured house and recreational vehicle (RV) industries. LCI produces mobile home chassis, chassis parts, and galvanized steel roofing as well as RV, fifth wheel, and travel trailer chassis. HUMAN RESOURCES LEADERERSHIP SUMMARY As a Human Resources leader, I work closely with the leadership team to develop strategic HR initiatives that contribute to business performance. My expertise is in all areas of HR, including labor/employee relations, talent development & succession, executive compensation, and employee engagement. Strategic Planning: • Contribute to the development of corporate & HR business strategies and plans. • Engage with managers and leaders within the various business units to interpret the business strategies and translate them into actionable HR strategies. Coaching: • Provide advice and counsel to business unit leaders regarding behaviors, skills, and competencies, including individual and team development, business decision-making, problem-solving, and general leadership practices. Organization Design/Development: • Work proactively with business unit leaders to understand and influence current and future states. • Drive organization change interventions (including structure, strategies and other programs) to facilitate transition to future state. Change Management • Effectively prepare managers and leaders to execute change within their business units (e.g., acquisitions, expansions, restructuring, etc.) by using a consistent strategy. • integration of acquisitions, partnering across affiliates, lines of business and HR functions. Talent Management: • Experienced in the development and execution of company-wide talent management initiatives that identify, attract, develop, and retain talent to meet the organizations strategic business goals. Labor: • Chief spokesperson successful in labor negotiations with USW, UAW, IUE, IAM and Teamsters. • Decertified unions at more than 20 locations (UAW, IAM) and defeated organizing attempts. • Savings of more than $150 million through benefit changes and labor initiatives at Continental.
