I have more than 20 years of experience leading store planning, design, and construction teams. I also have experience in visual merchandising, architecture, and real estate, in addition to millwork fabrication from the supplier side of the business. As the Director of Store Design and Planning at Lafayette 148, I'm responsible for all aspects of design, architectural drawings, procurement, construction, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management. At Lacoste, I was responsible for designing and executing all full-price boutiques, outlets, and department store shops. In addition to creating and managing a more efficient facilities maintenance process. I've spent most of my career at Hugo Boss. As the organization started to grow, opportunities began to open, and throughout my tenure, I was responsible for visual merchandising, store planning, design, construction, and real estate. I'm a creative and resourceful problem solver and understand the balancing act between design, budget, and schedule. I take pride in people, creativity, and process and continue to be amazed that anything is possible through the power of collaboration.
