I am a senior executive with more than 20 years experience in the field of logistics. I have a proven track record of developing end-to-end solutions, implementing 4PL, LLP, and fully integrated Control Tower operations in Western/ Eastern Europe, North/South America, and Asia. I have excellent commercial, consulting, and leadership skills with cross Industry experience within FMCG, Telecoms, Automotive, Pharma, Consumer Electronics, and Contract Manufacturing sectors. I am motivated by helping customers find holistic solutions in order to get the most out of their supply chain. I firmly believe that 'control towers' can assist companies in reducing supply chain complexity, gain control of operations, and optimise flows to transform their supply chain performance. At Kuehne + Nagel I have worked closely with customers to develop end to end solutions and collaborative business models to give them a competitive edge. Through introducing effective logistics management and execution I have been able to maximise the service levels of my customers.
