For nearly 12 years, I've been a mindfulness trainer, dedicating many months on retreat to effectively train from personal experience. In my professional and volunteer work, I helped organizations reduce costs and improve employee engagement, productivity and safety. I excel at leading significant change management initiatives and enjoy the challenge. In my prior position as the Director of Clinical Operations for a medical center with 500 employees, I implemented an electronic medical record, developed a 24/7 Urgent Care operation, and oversaw a $10M construction project that came in under budget and on time.
