Craig Barbarosh is an experienced public company board member and law firm/business leader with over 25 years of professional experience and a track record of transformational strategic leadership.Craig presently serves as an independent director on the boards of Quality Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: QSII), where he is the Vice Chairman of the Board, Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating and Governance and Special Transactions Committees and was previously a director of QSII's wholly-owned India subsidiary, and Sabra Healthcare REIT, Inc. (NASDAQ: SBRA), where he is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Craig previously served on the board of directors of BiopharmX, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company based in Menlo Park, CA. Craig has extensive experience in debt and equity offerings, M&A, governance and compliance, turnarounds and restructurings, CEO and founder transitions, senior leadership recruitment, activist shareholder relationships (including two contested proxy contests), executive compensation, dispute resolution and leadership coaching and development.
