Srikar is an experienced and accomplished technology and product development leader with a strong background in driving organizational and cultural transformation. He has a vision for creating best-in-class digital user experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction across lifelong customer journeys. Previously, Srikar was the Chief Product Officer for Kaplan North America and led the digital product strategy for the company, which includes all Digital Product Management, User Experience (UX), and Technology Project Management functions. He has a track record of bringing together diverse teams to solve customer needs and has over 20 years of hands-on product and technology leadership experience. Srikar has a strong background in creating world-class digital products and has previously held the position of CTO for Kaplan Test Prep. Additionally, Srikar is the author of a children's book, which is a creative way of presenting the importance of bees.
