Founded in 1946 as 'Brooklands Garage' on Sticker Lane, Bradford, JCT600 remains a proud family business with four generations of the Tordoff family now involved. From humble beginnings, the business has grown into one of the UK's largest and most highly respected motor retailers now representing 18 of the worlds most iconic brands at 50 locations throughout Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and the North East. I am a senior HR generalist operating at board level for 15 years and influencing senior teams in High Street retail, supermarket and for 20 years within the motor industry, both on the Manufacturer side (within Volkswagen Group UK and Audi UK) and in the Retail network. I have also spent 3 years in a European role as HR Director for a US owned, unionised manufacturing business. My generalist experience is extremely broad, my particular strength and interest is in Learning and Development, particularly Management Development and Leadership.
