From humble beginnings, the business has grown into one of the UK's largest and most highly respected motor retailers now representing 18 of the worlds most iconic brands at 50 locations throughout Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and the North East. I was appointed as technology leader to helm the IT strategy and improvements to operations whilst driving growth centric IT standards and practices. Accountability is held for directing teams on an ongoing basis to boost responsiveness, skill levels and performance expectations. My remit includes introducing group standards for, and overseeing, capacity planning, convergence, budgeting and services security.
